If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund terms below. ✅ Eligibility Refunds apply only to standard, non-customized products purchased directly from Trias Automation. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery. Customized or special-order items are non-refundable, unless they are defective. ❌ Non-Refundable We do not accept returns or offer refunds for: Customized or made-to-order products Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse Returns made after 7 days from delivery ⚙️ Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a defective or damaged item: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Share photos or videos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund if replacement is not possible. 📦 Return Shipping For returns due to change of mind, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Trias Automation will cover return shipping costs. 💰 Refund Process Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
