Return & Replacement Policy

At Trias Automation, we are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable service. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we offer a 7-day return policy under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Return

    • Returns are applicable only for products with manufacturing defects.

    • The defect must be reported to us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

    • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging along with all manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase.

  2. Exclusions

    • Damage caused by mishandling, incorrect installation, improper usage, or external factors such as voltage fluctuations, fire, or water damage is not covered.

    • Customized or specially ordered products are not eligible for return unless they have a verified manufacturing defect.

  3. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [your email/contact details] with order details and images/videos showing the defect.

    • Once verified, we will provide instructions for product return or replacement.

    • Replacement or refund (as applicable) will be processed after inspection of the returned product.

  4. Refunds & Replacements

    • Eligible products will either be replaced with a new unit or refunded, based on product availability and customer preference.

    • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days after product inspection
