Eligibility for Return

Returns are applicable only for products with manufacturing defects.

The defect must be reported to us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging along with all manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Exclusions

Damage caused by mishandling, incorrect installation, improper usage, or external factors such as voltage fluctuations, fire, or water damage is not covered.

Customized or specially ordered products are not eligible for return unless they have a verified manufacturing defect.

Return Process

Once verified, we will provide instructions for product return or replacement.
